Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our e-Aadhaar validation utility.

Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full 100% refund of your transaction (49 INR) if:

• Our system failed to validate your document due to a technical error.
• The resulting PDF is corrupted or still displays the "Validity Unknown" error in standard, updated Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
• You were charged multiple times for a single transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@aadhaarverify.com within 7 days of your transaction. Include your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID so we can quickly locate your transaction.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment and typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
